We still had a soft spot for the sounds of the 70´s and here´s another piece of that. Mellotron flute is a very haunting sound and here it opens the way to a hypnotic improvisation in the true Berlin school way. The sequencing is still done on a Novation Supernova. This track was found by a friend (Mike W), who sent this to the band a while ago. He had got it years ago as a bonus filler for some obscure CD-R album and wanted to hear the whole piece.
Unfortunately it hasn´t surfaced yet, but probably is still somewhere in vast band archives, most likely unlabelled. Before it eventually comes up, here´s a section of what Mike sent us. The gear used dates this to sometime 2001. There´s loads of material like this on discs and DATs in the Nemesis “vaults”.

honestly this album takes quite a bit of time and many listening rounds to actually "get into". No doubt it is technically excellent, with more advanced composition elements than earlier records, however it isn't that easily accessible either. Perhaps this is actually a strength as each time you will listen to there will be more details to discover. Martin R

Beautiful Berlin School music. I especially love the nod to TD's "Ricochet" on Omega Pt.3. I hope the rumours of Arcane being "retired" aren't true, because music like this is too good to lose. eugene51
